Privacy Policy
Buxton Sign processes information needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the contract workflow. For customer contract data, the subscribing company decides why and how it is used and Buxton Sign acts for that company.
Information handled
This can include account name, email and role; customer name, contact details, address and lead number; quote and contract content; PDFs, signatures and initials; consent, view, delivery and signing events; IP/device details; template/settings data; support messages; and subscription status. Stripe holds payment-card details when billing is activated.
How the information is used
Information is used for intake, extraction, document generation and review, delivery, electronic signing, evidence, retrieval, workspace administration, security, troubleshooting, backups, billing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Buxton Sign does not sell customer personal information.
Sharing and storage
Information is shared with the subscribing company, intended signer, authorized operators, and the listed subprocessors only as needed for the service. Private documents are kept in controlled cloud storage and transmitted over HTTPS. Records are retained under the published schedule, signed agreement, company requirements, disputes, security investigations, backups, and legal holds.
Choices and requests
Signers may request a paper or other available method before signing. People may ask the sender or subscribing company for access, correction, a copy, or deletion. Buxton Sign helps that company respond and may retain records required for contracts, security, disputes, or law. Requests may be sent to BuxtonSign@gmail.com.
California
Buxton Sign is not designed to sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If California's CCPA applies, verified consumers may have rights to know, correct, delete, limit, and avoid discrimination, subject to exceptions. The subscribing company may be the proper contact for contract data it controls.
Changes
Material changes will be dated here and communicated to subscribing companies when required. Continued use does not replace consent where law or a signed agreement requires it.
